Nutrition Branding

A branding project that reframes protein consumption for the general public. Moving beyond the fitness niche to emphasize everyday wellness and accessibility.

InquiryThis project began with an analysis of existing fitness branding. As someone personally interested in fitness and exercise, I’ve noticed that many supplement brands come across as intense or intimidating. I questioned whether this trend was effective, or if a more approachable visual identity could lower the barrier to entry for dietary supplements.

Research and Process While exploring the brand system, I imagined different product concepts by asking what it would look like if natural protein sources, like eggs, were branded to highlight their nutritional value.

ExplorationAs my process leaned toward creating a more approachable brand voice, I explored multiple visual directions to achieve that goal through type treatment and logo iterations.

OutcomeThe final brand direction sets itself apart from the typical fitness aesthetic. The supporting visuals rely on less polished photography and footage, highlighting real people to help the audience relate and see themselves in the brand.
